A Little Buenos Aires tango workshops, classes and private lessons accommodate for all levels of dancers. From total beginners through to advanced choreography, our experienced instructors focus on individual progress and ability.
Mimi and Teddy are dedicated coaches with over 24 years of teaching experiences specialising in Argentine Tango. Over this time, they have developed a sharp eye to assessing a dancers skill set and unlocking their potential. Like many things, tango comes naturally to some and it takes a lot of hard work for others. What’s important is that the dancer is able to freely express their personality and have fun dancing with their partner.

Tango Workshops
A Little Buenos Aires’ popular workshop series offers rotating topics that focus on the practical application of skills. Learn important techniques that will help you optimise space and music on the dance floor. These workshops give dancers maximum benefits through the continuation of skill development, practice and refinement through its rotating curriculum.
A Little Buenos Aires’ monthly workshop topics include: Tango; Milonga; Tango Vals; Musicality; Playing with the rhythm; Music & Movement; Milonga con traspie; Sacada; Boleo, Parada & Barida and more.
SUNDAY WORKSHOPS 3pm – 4pm
The topic for our current workshop series is ‘TANGO Vals’. Explore the flow of the Vals rhythm and experience the twirl and turns in a closed embrace.

Private Lessons
Private Lessons with Mimi and Teddy help dancers’ accelerate their progress and skills development. Private lessons cater for individual goals to build each dancers repertoire to dance comfortably in the social environment.
If you have a special event, wedding or birthday, our experienced instructors can provide you with a personalised choreography package.
