Horacio Punzo & Antonio Raposo

Uruguayan singer Horacio Punzo began singing opera at the age of 9. More recently, he directed Vocal Chorus in Sydney mixing folk with tango. Argentinean musician Antonio Raposo was a Professor of Music at aged 18 and has performed with well known artists like Tolando Laserie and Violeta Rivas.

Horacio and Antonio will be playing LIVE to accompany your dancing at the Masquerade Ball.
We welcome you to enjoy their talents and experience the sensation of dancing Tango to live music.

XMAS TANGO @ CHATSWOOD MALL

Once more Willoughby City Council has invited A Little Buenos Aires to perform tango at Chatswood Mall in conjunction with the council's Christmas Celebrations!

It was only a few months ago when we experienced dancing under the glittering fairy lights that created a beautiful winter scene. This time we'll be amongst festive decorations and surrounded by people enchanted by the Christmas spirit!

Our performance team will be at the Flag Court
from 7.30-9pm
Victoria Avenue, Chatswood Mall (in front of the Commonwealth Bank)

There will also be opportunities for some social dancing - Everyone is welcome to join us!

We are extending the hours of our Advanced Performance Classes on the 4th & 18th December 2006 at the Marsfield Studio.

The extra practica provides students with the opportunity to practice for the upcoming performances and socials.

The launch of 'A LITTLE BUENOS AIRES' the documentary!

Veronica Nickel was raised in a south American family dancing salsa and meringue for most of her life. Her interest in the Argentine Tango was sparked when she attended the launch of La Yumba Tango Bar last year. Since then, her curiosity and appreciation for this art has inspired her to produce a tango documentary.

At a penthouse overlooking beautiful Sydney Harbour, this young film maker launched A Little Buenos Aires the documentary. We thank Veronica for her professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication.
